NOTICE TO THE MARKET

CHANGE OF BOOKKEEPING AGENT

Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG ("Company") hereby announces to its shareholders and the market that, as of 1st September 2021, Banco Bradesco S/A ("Bradesco") will become the bookkeeping and custody agent for the Company's shares, in replacement of Itaú Unibanco S/A ("Itaú"). As of the mentioned date, services to shareholders will be provided at the Bradesco branches, which are spread throughout the national territory.

Shareholders whose shares are held in custody at B3 will continue to be normally served by their respective brokerage firms and/or custodians, without any interruption in the trade of the Company's shares.

Due to the migration process, the following shareholder services will be suspended from 24 to 31 August 2021:

• Inquiries on share position;
• Transfer of shares outside the stock exchange environment;
• Transfer of custody;
• Payments for any pending events;
• Updating of client registry records; and
• Recording of liens, among others.

Regarding the securities transfer orders (custody movement) that have been blocked by Itaú without the respective deposit having been made, the aforementioned bank will pass the blocks to Bradesco and these will remain valid until the respective expiration date.

It is noteworthy that this change will not imply any change in the share right, including dividends and any capital remuneration. Any payments will be made to the same account previously indicated by each shareholder.
