A Companhia Paranaense de Energia - COPEL ("Company"), a company that generates, transmits, distributes and sells energy, hereby informs its shareholders that it was approved at the Annual General Meeting, held on this date, in accordance with the Policy of Dividends approved on January 20, 2021, the declaration of additional dividends to the minimum mandatory for the year 2021, to shareholders with a position on 04.29.2022, in the amount of R$ 1,368,675,131.71 (one billion, three hundred and sixty eight million, six hundred and seventy-five thousand, one hundred and thirty-one reais and seventy-one cents) as follows:

The payments will be made to the checking accounts informed by the shareholders in their registration data. Therefore, they must keep their bank details up to date with their custodian agents.
