1. received a semi-annual report on compliance works and discussed the presented matters;

IV. analyzed the semi-annual report of the Ethics Committee and the Whistleblowing Channel and discussed the presented matters;

1. analyzed and discussed information about the centralized energy trade structure;

VI. analyzed a report from the Corporate Transformation Committee and presented presented its recommendations;

VII. received a report from the Statutory Audit Committee about various matters and discussed the presented topics;

VIII. received a report from the Investment and Innovation Committee and the Sustainable Development Committee, and discussed the presented topics;

IX. received a report from the Chief Executive Officer on various corporate subjects and discussed the matters; and

1. held an Executive Session.
