Business Summary

Hextar Technologies Solutions Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company has four segments: Logistics, Warehousing, Trading and Others. Logistics segment provides total logistics services, including lorry transportation services (tanker, bulk cargo, side curtain), project logistics and door to door delivery services. Warehousing segment is engaged in the provision of warehouses for renting. Trading segment is engaged in the trading of building materials. Others segment is engaged in trading of goods, insurance agencies, investment holding, marine and technology. The Company’s subsidiaries include Channel Legion Sdn. Bhd., Complete Logistic Specialists Sdn. Bhd., Guper Bonded Warehouse Sdn. Bhd., Guper Properties Sdn. Bhd., Guper Resources Sdn. Bhd., Island Network Sdn. Bhd. and others. Complete Logistic Specialists Sdn. Bhd is a total logistics services provider. Guper Properties Sdn. Bhd. is engaged in insurance agents and provision of management services.
