Computacenter : acquires PathWorks GmbH in Switzerland

Computacenter today announces that it has acquired PathWorks GmbH. ('PathWorks'), a value-added reseller, based in Neudorf (Luzern), Switzerland. PathWorks employs 10 people and in the year ended 31 December 2018, revenue was CHF14,7 million*. Computacenter will cover the cost of the transaction from its existing cash resources. The impact on Computacenter's results is not material, and this is not considered a significant transaction in accordance with Listing Rule 10.
