Hatfield - Computacenter Group has acquired ITL Logistics, the IT logistics business of German environmental service provider Interseroh. ITL logistics currently employs 80 people at three locations in Germany and provides IT logistics services as well as IT services for large companies and public sector clients in Europe. ITL logistics will continue to exist under the same name. A purchase price was not disclosed.
Through the acquisition, Computacenter is expanding its IT logistics services and now operates its own IT logistics fleet with technical couriers who deliver and collect IT products across Europe. ITL logistics also operates regional warehouses where IT products are held, configured, repaired and disposed of. Computacenter intends to invest further in ITL logistics to strengthen its business in Europe.

'By acquiring ITL logistics, Computacenter will expand its portfolio of supplying customers in Europe with its own logistics fleet.'
