Aris Water Solutions IPO Prices Below Projected Range at $13

Aris Water Solutions Inc., which operates water pipelines serving the energy industry, said its initial public offering of 17.65 million shares priced at $13 each, compared with a projected range of $16 to $18.

The Houston-based company's stockholders include ConocoPhillips, Trilantic Capital Partners and Yorktown Partners.

Shares will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under symbol ARIS.
