                 Appointment of Principal Officers

On November 4, 2020, Robert Muccilo, Vice President and Controller (principal accounting officer) of each of Con Edison and Con Edison of New York, notified the companies that he intends to retire, effective December 31, 2020.

On November 5, 2020, Con Edison and Con Edison of New York announced that Joseph Miller will succeed Robert Muccilo as Vice President and Controller (principal accounting officer) of each of Con Edison and Con Edison of New York, effective January 1, 2021. Mr. Miller, age 58, is an Assistant Controller of Con Edison of New York and has held that position since 2006. Mr. Miller has held numerous accounting positions with Con Edison of New York since he joined the company in 1984.
