Consorcio ARA, S. A. B. de C. V. reported consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 2017. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of MXN 2,164.1 million compared to MXN 1,903.7 million, income from operations of MXN 271.7 million compared to MXN 237.7 million, net income of MXN 215.3 million compared to MXN 186.5 million, EBITDA of MXN 324.9 million compared to MXN 282.9 million, free cash flow to the firm of MXN 279.0 million compared to MXN 136.2 million for the last year. Income before Income taxes was MXN 299.3 million compared to MXN 263.8 million for the last year.
For the six months, the company reported revenue of MXN 3,918.8 million compared to MXN 3,600.9 million, income from operations of MXN 468.7 million compared to MXN 435.1 million, net income of MXN 365.7 million compared to MXN 348.3 million, EBITDA of MXN 582.5 million compared to MXN 535.0 million, free cash flow to the firm of MXN 234.0 million compared to MXN 197.0 million for the last year. Net debt as of June 2017 was MXN 746.3 million compared to MXN 847.2 million as of December 2016. Income before Income taxes was MXN 511.0 million compared to MXN 492.0 million, net cash provided by operating activities was MXN 210.7 million compared to MXN 186.9 million and purchasing of property, machinery and equipment was MXN 13.0 million compared to MXN 24.5 million for the last year.
