NET Power, LLC announced a private placement of 22,545,000 shares of Class A Common Stock at issue price of $10 for gross proceeds of $225,450,000 on December 13, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Rice Acquisition Corp. II for $90 million, Occidental Petroleum Corporation for $100 million, 8 Rivers Capital, LLC for $5 million, Constellation Energy Corporation for $5 million, and $25 million from other investors.
