Contemporary Amperex Technology Co.'s third-quarter profit more than doubled, driven by surging sales of its electric-car batteries.
The Tesla supplier said late Wednesday that its net profit came in at 3.27 billion yuan ($511.5 million).
Revenue also more than doubled to CNY29.29 billion, as sales volume sharply rose.
