conwert Immobilien Invest SE, traded on the Austrian ATX, announces that MountainPeak Trading Limited has completed the acquisition of conwert shares held by Haselsteiner Family Private Foundation and by Albona Limited and consequently holds 24.79% of the share capital. The Administrative Board and the company welcome MountainPeak Trading Limited as a new shareholder.

MountainPeak Trading Limited is wholly owned by Longway Trading Ltd, British Virgin Islands, which is wholly owned by The GoodVision Trust. The sole beneficiary of The GoodVision Trust is Teddy Sagi, a long-term real estate investor. The investment was made based on the strategy of the Administrative Board, which will be implemented accordingly.

In order to facilitate a future Administrative Board composition that corresponds to the present shareholder structure, Kerstin Gelbmann, Chair of the Administrative Board, will resign her position with effect from the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2015 and step down from the Administrative Board. Alexander Tavakoli, Deputy Chair of the Administrative Board, has decided to also step down from the Administrative Board with effect from the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

MountainPeak Trading Limited has informed the company that shareholders will issue a proposal to elect two new members to the Administrative Board at the next Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2015.
