Corporate Office Properties Trust Announces Retirement of Gregory J. Thor as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer

On May 4, 2022, Corporate Office Properties Trust and Gregory J. Thor, the Company's Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, agreed that Mr. Thor will retire from the Company effective February 28, 2023. The Company intends to commence a search in the near future for a candidate to replace Mr. Thor.
