'We're extremely proud of this distinction. The employer brand is a very important reference and, I believe, reflects recognition within the job market of distinctive factors in terms of attracting and retaining People. It assumes even greater significance because we know that employees are the most important communication channel to build a strong brand', explains Alexandra Godinho, Corticeira Amorim's Corporate Human Resources director. 'This recognition has even greater significance after a year as difficult as 2020, in which our employees demonstrated remarkable resilience and the ability to surpass obstacles!'
