Corvus Gold Inc.

Corvus Gold Inc. is a mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating mineral properties. The Company's principal mineral properties are the North Bullfrog Project (NBP) and the Mother Lode Project (MLP), which form two separate gold exploration projects located in northwestern Nye County, Nevada, in the Northern Bullfrog Hills and Bare Mountains to the east, north and west of the town of Beatty. The NBP and the MLP covers approximately 129 square kilometers of patented and unpatented mining claims. It owns an additional private land based on approximately five patented claims (the Millman claims) and approximately 430-acre property with about 1600 acre-feet of water rights located north of NBP in the Sarcobatus hydrographic basin (Basin 146). The Company's NBP consists of certain leased patented lode mining claims and federal unpatented mining claims. Its MLP is located approximately 19 kilometers to the south east of the NBP.
