COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Co., Limited completed the acquisition of 66.12% stake in COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. from True Smart International Limited.

COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Co., Limited entered into an agreement to acquire 66.12% stake in COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. from True Smart International Limited on March 30, 2017. COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Co., Limited will acquire 1.014 billion shares of COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. from True Smart International Limited. COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Co., Limited completed the acquisition of 66.12% stake in COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. from True Smart International Limited on December 31, 2017.
