An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 30% stake in Maruman Korea Co., Ltd. from Cosmo Chemical Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A 005420) for KRW 21.2 billion on June 30, 2017. Under the terms of transaction, Cosmo Chemical Co., Ltd. will sell 1.8 million shares for KRW 21.2 billion. The sale is scheduled to take place on June 30, 2017.
