Cosmo announces the resignation of CSO Roberto Camerini

Dublin, Ireland - March 12, 2020 - Cosmo Pharmaceuticals N.V. (SIX: COPN) today announced that CSO Roberto Camerini has resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons. Luigi Moro, who was CSO of Cosmo from 1999 to December 31, 2019 and then retired, has agreed to re-assume the position of CSO until a permanent replacement is found.
