National Parks Week celebrates the beauty and diversity of national parks across England and Wales and showcases the wide range of opportunities that they offer people across the country - with UK residents now valuing access to green open spaces more than ever.

Collectively, National Parks cover a significant 10% of the land in England and Wales and play a crucial role in protecting landscapes and preserving natural wildlife habitats.

At Countryside, we take great care during the construction process to create as many natural spaces as possible for the existing biodiversity and wildlife to thrive, and we think carefully about the green spaces which surround are developments and their proximity to green open spaces in the local area. We are very proud that multiple Countryside schemes across the UK are closely situated to some of the most major and verdant National Parks.
