Countryside is very pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Clack as a Non-Executive Director. Amanda brings her extensive experience across the real estate, infrastructure, smart cities, and construction sectors to the Group. She is an Executive Director, Head of Strategic Advisory, Head of Public Sector and Chair of the Strategy Board at CBRE Ltd, where she is also a member of the ExCom.

Prior to joining CBRE Ltd, Amanda was a Partner and Head of Infrastructure at Ernst & Young LLP, as well as being a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She also brings a strong commercial track record with her significant experience of business transformation at Board level and served as the global President of the RICS in 2016.

Amanda sits on a number of real estate and construction industry bodies, bringing an impressive breadth of perspective to her role at Countryside. Currently she is the Chair of Trustees for UCEM and is both a Senior Advisor and Member of the Building Safety Challenge Panel for the Construction Leadership Council. Additionally. Amanda chairs the RICS Construction and Infrastructure Market Forum and is the Executive Vice President of the charity The Story of Christmas. Amanda is also a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
