Nine Countryside employees have been listed amongst the first-round winners at the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2021.

Anthony Stone, Juri Salimov, Tom Cook, Darius Poskauskis, Kishore Desai, Ben Temple, Joe Salkeld, James Sullivan and Jamie Bayliss all received a Quality Award. Impressively, these Countryside employees were hand-picked from a pool of over 10,000 site managers, chosen for their excellent standards on site. They represent the top 5% of those who entered and is testament to their commitment to deliver quality homes for their customers.

The Pride in the Job Awards are the most highly regarded awards within the housebuilding industry and the most prestigious benchmark for exceptional site managers. Paying tribute to site managers who demonstrate excellence and commitment to producing homes of outstanding quality, we're delighted to have been recognised nine times.

These awards are a testament to the calibre of Countryside's staff and are a true comfort to customers when buying a Countryside home - knowing that the construction of their home was managed by one of our award-winning site managers. Following a challenging year, our exceptional site managers have never been more important ensuring our sites are running smoothly and safely.

The Quality Award winners have worked on developments that include St Michael's Hurst in Bishop's Stortford, Base at Newhall in Essex, Granby Road in Buxton, Fresh Wharf in Barking, The Assembly in Hounslow, Acton Gardens in West London, Beehive Mill in Bolton, Kings Hill in West Malling and Cochrane Road in Dudley.

Employees working on sites registered for an NHBC warranty are automatically entered into this competition and are judged over the course of 12 months.
