We are proud to announce that we have been appointed onto the Homes England Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) (Large Sites). Inclusion on the DPS, a primary route for Home England's land disposal, offers housebuilders the exclusive opportunity to bid for their land which puts us on their preferred list of developers. The framework is the largest of its kind and Homes England's largest procurement exercise.

Public bodies are also able to benefit from the DPS to procure developers and so inclusion of this framework presents an exciting opportunity for Countryside, as it broadens our exposure to potential projects in the future.

Coined 'the Government's housing delivery agency, Homes England is one of the largest vendors of residential land. This appointment marks a steppingstone in our journey to deliver homes and serve communities whilst also exploring innovative ways to address key issues that matter to us, such as how we reduce the environmental impact of housebuilding,
