          On July 21, 2021, Covenant Logistics Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation
          (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing its financial and
          operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. The
          financial tables, including the non-GAAP reconciliations, were
          inadvertently omitted from the press release issued by the Company.
          Such tables have been included in the press release attached hereto as
          Exhibit 99.1.
