Cover Technologies Inc. (CNSX:COVE) signed an agreement to acquire 50% stake in COVEX Solutions Inc. for CAD 1.2 million on August 21, 2020. CAD 0.05 million has been paid. As of September 30, 2021, Cover Technologies is in negotiations with COVEX on the terms of the definitive agreement.
As of December 4, 2020 the definitive agreement is expected to be completed within 45 days or sooner from the signing of the Letter Of Intent.
