On January 26, 2023, Cowen Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $14.06 per share on the Company's 5.625% Series A Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock. The dividend payment will be made on February 15, 2023, to the holders of record as of the close of business on February 1, 2023.
