ALL NOW Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 99.997% shares in ALL NOW Logistics Co.,Ltd. for THB 1 million on August 11, 2021. By subscribing for AM’s new shares pursuant to the shareholders’ resolution of AM in proportion to the Company’s or its subsidiary’s shareholding of the acquired existing shares in AM, equivalent to up to 19% of AM’s total registered capital, with the total transaction value not exceeding Baht 703 million. The transaction is expected to be completed within the fourth quarter of year 2021.
