The Sale and Leaseback closed on August 4, 2020. Upon the closing, Oak Street and the Company amended and restated the Master Lease to include the 62 Additional Properties under the Master Lease and on substantially the same terms as the 64 Properties (the "A&R Master Lease").

The above summary of the A&R Master Lease is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the terms of the agreement, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 1.01.
