Oslo, 26 October 2021 at 07:00 CET: Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the
"Company", OSE ticker code "CRAYON") today reported a gross profit of NOK 641.8m
in its third-quarter earnings, representing 29% gross profit growth from Q3
2020.

The strong results were driven by growth across all business areas and strategic
markets, including a record-breaking quarter in Crayon's channel business. 

"This quarter highlights the scalability of our business strategy which has
remained unchanged in its customer-centric approach in the past two decades,"
said Crayon CEO Melissa Mulholland. "It is also extremely encouraging to note
that we continue to deliver profitability improvements despite investing
significantly across our markets in resources to drive future growth. As a
consequence of the strong growth momentum and the anticipated completion of the
rhipe acquisition on November 3rd, we are also increasing both our 2021 and our
mid-term guidance."

Key financial figures for Q3 2021: 
- Revenue of NOK 5,147m, 40% growth from NOK 3,668m in Q3 2020 
- Gross profit of NOK 641.8m,29% growth from NOK 496.3m in Q3 2020  
- Adjusted EBITDA of NOK 81.4m, up from NOK 64.0m in Q3 2020
