RENEWAL OF COMPLIANCE ADVISER AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Creative Enterprise Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 5 June 2019 in relation to change of compliance adviser.

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of the Company announces that Zhongtai International Capital Limited (''Zhongtai International'') has been appointed as the compliance adviser to the Company for a further term commencing from 21 September 2020 and ending on the date on which the Company publishes its financial results for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.

Zhongtai International is a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities.
