APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR TO CREATIVE BOARD

Creative Technology Ltd ("Creative") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. George Yong- Boon Yeo as an independent non-executive director with effect from 15 November 2021.

Mr. Yeo has more than forty years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He was Chairman of Hong Kong listed Kerry Logistics Network Limited from 2012 to 2019 and senior adviser to Kuok Group from 2019 to 2021.

Mr Yeo has been an independent non-executive director of Hong Kong listed AIA Group Limited since 2012 and Nasdaq listed Pinduoduo Inc since 2018.

From 1988 to 2011, Mr Yeo served in the Singapore Government, as Minister of State for Finance, then as Minister for Information and the Arts, Health, Trade and Industry, and Foreign Affairs. Prior to 1988, Mr Yeo served in various capacities in the Singapore Armed Forces, Republic of Singapore Air Force and Defence Ministry, attaining the rank of Brigadier-General.
