Credit Agricole SA said Friday that its subsidiary Credit Agricole Assurances reached an agreement with Italian infrastructure fund F2i SGR to acquire a stake in EF Solare.

The subsidiary of the French lender is acquiring a 30% stake in the photovoltaic energy operator, with F2i SGR retaining 70%.

Credit Agricole Assurances is acquiring the stake in association with its own subsidiary Credit Agricole Vita.

The value of the deal wasn't disclosed.
