(Alliance News) - Credito Emiliano Spa and Worldline on Monday finalized the transaction involving the transfer of Credem's merchant acquiring business to Worldline Merchant Services Italia Spa -- a company that is part of the French Worldline Group -- for a countervalue of EUR95 million, with a price adjustment mechanism over the next few years and based on specific targets, finalizing the agreement disclosed to the market last Nov. 13.
Credito Emiliano's stock closed Monday up 0.2 percent at EUR11.38 per share.
