On November 20, 2020, Jonathan Insull, President of Crescent Capital BDC, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Company on or before June 30, 2021. Mr. Insull's resignation did not involve any disagreements with the Company with regard to its operations, policies or practices.
