The Company published a material fact in relation to the exchange offer of the Series XXV Notes regarding the Resolution 'A' 7272 announced by the Argentine Central Bank.
The Company informs that, According to Communication 'A' 7272 of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, announced the beginning of the exchange offer process for Series XXV Notes for an amount of USD 59.6 million, maturing on July 11, 2021 and the issuance of a new Series of Notes.
