For the year, the company reported revenue of £22,058,000, operating profit of £431,000, profit before tax of £357,000, profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent of £360,000 or 2.13 pence per basic and diluted share, profit for the year from continuing operations of £360,000 or 2.13 pence per diluted share, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization of £799,000, net cash generated from operations of £1,233,000, purchase of property, plant and equipment of £114,000 compared to the revenue of £19,031,000, operating profit of £238,000, profit before tax of £177,000, profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent of £153,000 or 0.96 pence per basic and diluted share, profit for the year from continuing operations of £153,000 or 0.95 pence per diluted share, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization of £588,000, net cash used in operations of £110,000, purchase of property, plant and equipment of £73,000 for the previous year. Revenues have grown by 16% in the year once again, led primarily by growth in manned guarding division, Croma Vigilant.

The company expects more improvement in the operating profit for the present year.
