Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited at its board meeting held on July 23, 2021, approved the resignation of Mr. Sahil Dalal, Non-Executive, Non Independent Director of the Company with effect from July 23, 2021, due to other work commitments which were not allowing him to devote time for his role as a Director on the Board of the Company.
