Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CCRN) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Substantially all of the assets of Mint Medical Physician Staffing, LP & Lotus Medical Staffing LLC for $30.6 million on September 13, 2022. The transaction is expected to close in the last quarter of 2022. The purchase price included $27.0 million in cash and $3.6 million in shares of the Company's common stock.
