DELAY IN DISPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement on discloseable transaction and continuing connected transaction (the "Announcement") of CRRC Corporation Limited (the "Company") dated 30 March 2021 in relation to, among other things, the entering into of the New Financial Services Framework Agreement. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular containing, among other things, details of the transaction of the provision of credit services by the Finance Company to CRRC GROUP contemplated under the New Financial Services Framework Agreement, a letter from the Independent Board Committee and an opinion of the independent financial adviser (the "Circular") will be dispatched to the Shareholders on or before 4 May 2021. As additional time is required by the Company for the preparation and finalization of the relevant information for inclusion in the Circular, the Company expects that the dispatch of the Circular will be postponed to a later date that is on or before 18 May 2021.
