OVERSEAS REGULATORY ANNOUNCEMENT

ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO SIGNING CONTRACTS

This overseas regulatory announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

CRRC Corporation Limited (the "Company") has entered into certain contracts for the period from January 2021 to March 2021 with an aggregate value of approximately RMB23.11 billion. Details of such contracts are set out below:

1. Certain subsidiaries of the Company engaged in the MUs business have entered into
   contracts with relevant railway administration companies of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. (中國國家鐵路集團有限公司) respectively in relation to the sales of MUs with an aggregate value of approximately RMB8.69 billion.
2. CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. (中車長春軌道客車股份有限公司),
   a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into contracts with Chongqing Rail Line 18 Construction and Operation Co., Ltd. (重慶軌道十八號綫 建設運營有限公司), the Operation Headquarter of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. (深圳市地鐵集團有限公司運營總部) and Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. (廣州 地鐵集團有限公司), respectively, in relation to the sales, renovation and renewal of metro cars with an aggregate value of approximately RMB2.93 billion.
3. CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. (中車南京浦鎮車輛有限公 司), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into contracts with Hangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. (杭州市地鐵集團有限責任公司), Suzhou Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. (蘇州市軌道交通集團有限公司) and Suzhou Rail Transit Line 1 Co., Ltd. (蘇州軌道交通市域一號綫有限公司), respectively, in relation to the sales and overhaul of metro cars with an aggregate value of approximately
   RMB3.28 billion; and has entered into a contract with Liuzhou Longjian Investment Development Co., Ltd. (柳州市龍建投資發展有限責任公司) in relation to the

sales and installation of electromechanical devices with a value of approximately RMB0.63 billion.

1. Jiangsu CRRC Electric Co., Ltd. (江蘇中車電機有限公司), a wholly-owned
   subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (新疆金風科技股份有限公司), in relation to the sale of wind turbine generators with an aggregate value of approximately RMB2.55 billion.
2. CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. (中車株洲電力機車有限公司), a wholly-
   owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Changsha Suicheng Rail Transit Co., Ltd. (長沙穗城軌道交通有限公司) in relation to the sales of metro cars with a value of approximately RMB2.17 billion.
3. Certain subsidiaries of the Company engaged in the freight wagons business have entered into contracts with China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. (中國國家鐵路 集團有限公司) respectively in relation to the overhaul of freight wagons with an aggregate value of approximately RMB1.57 billion.
4. CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. (中車青島四方機車車輛股份有限公司), a
   non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Zhengzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. (鄭州地鐵集團有限公司) in relation to the sales of metro cars with a value of approximately RMB0.77 billion.
5. CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive (Europe) Co., Ltd. (中車株機（歐洲）有限責任公司), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Rail Innovators AssetCO B.V. in relation to the sales of hybrid vehicles with a value of approximately RMB0.52 billion.

The total value of the aforementioned contracts accounts for approximately 10.2% of the operating revenue of the Company in 2020 under the PRC accounting standards.
