CSB Bancorp, Inc. announced that the company’s board of directors has declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.22 per share on its common stock, payable October 24, 2017 to shareholders of record as of October 10, 2017. The dividend represents a $0.02 increase in the quarterly cash dividend.

The Bank provides retail and commercial banking services to its customers, including checking and savings accounts, time deposits, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), safe deposit facilities, personal loans, commercial loans, real estate mortgage loans, installment loans, night depository facilities, brokerage, and trust services. The Bank provides residential real estate, commercial real estate, commercial, and consumer loans to customers located primarily in Holmes, Stark, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and portions of surrounding counties in Ohio.
