PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER ENDED 31 MARCH 2017

The Board of Directors of CSC Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that based on the preliminary review of the draft unaudited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter ended 31 March 2017 ("4QFY17"), the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") is expected to report a net loss for 4QFY17.

Further details of the Group's performance will be disclosed when the Company announces its results for 4QFY17.

Shareholders are advised to act cautiously when dealing with their securities in the Company and when doing so should consider the financial results of the Group for 4QFY17.
