EXPIRY OF WARRANTS
On 30 December 2015, CSC Holdings Limited (the "Company") issued 2,016,206,205 warrants. Each warrant carried the right to subscribe for one new ordinary share in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.01 and was exercisable during a five year period from the date of issue.
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company wishes to announce that as at the expiry of the Company's warrants on 29 December 2020 at 5.00 p.m., the number of unexercised warrants which ceased to be valid was 61,342,995 warrants, representing 3.04% of the total warrants issued.
The warrants have been de-listed from the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 30 December 2020.
A total of 1,954,863,210 warrants have been exercised into new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Accordingly, the issued share capital of the Company (excluding 20,520,000 treasury shares) as at the date of this announcement was 3,567,828,176 ordinary shares.
