CSG Systems International, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CSGS) acquired Kitewheel LLC for $40 million on July 1, 2021. The purchase price of $40 million, with $34 million paid upon close and the remaining $6 million to be paid in equal annual amounts over the next three years. 40 people from Kitewheel will be joining CSG. Sanjay Chadda, Matthew Kratter, Edin Trto and Kevin Lynch of Canaccord Genuity LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor to Kitewheel LLC.
