CSI Properties Limited announced that Dr. Lam Lee G., BBS, JP retires as an independent non-executive Director with effect from March 28, 2024, to devote more time to other business activities. Dr. Lam will cease to be a member of the audit committee of the Board, the remuneration committee of the Board and the nomination committee of the Board with effect from the same date. In light of the foregoing, the Board also announced that Dr. Lo Wing Yan, William, JP has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Board with effect from March 28, 2024.
