CTS Corporation announced that effective as of April 27, 2021, Thomas White, Corporate Controller of CTS Corporation, assumed the role of the Company’s principal accounting officer from Ashish Agrawal. Agrawal, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer had served as the Company’s principal accounting officer since December 15, 2020. White joined the Company in June 2019 as Assistant Controller and was promoted to Corporate Controller in November 2020. Before joining the Company, Mr. White served as Assistant Controller of InnerWorkings Inc., a global marketing execution firm, since June 2016, and before that, was an audit senior manager at KPMG LLP, a multinational professional services firm.
