ATLANTA (AP) _ Cumulus Media Inc. (CMLS) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $17.6 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Atlanta-based company said it had profit of 84 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted to extinguish debt, were 20 cents per share.

The radio station owner posted revenue of $252.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported net income of $17.3 million, or 83 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $916.5 million.
