We've been shocked and saddened by the devastating impact the earthquakes have had on thousands of people in Turkey (Türkiye) and Syria, and those with friends and loved ones there.
We believe it's right that we provide support and therefore we're pleased to share that we're donating £50,000 to support the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Turkey-Syria Earthquake appeal.
In response to this tragic disaster, the DEC, of which British Red Cross is a member, has launched an appeal. We're already helping our iD Mobile customers with free calls and texts to friends and family in both countries, and free roaming (where this is possible).
