Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rich Okoney as Global Data Center Practice Lead in the firm?s Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Service Line team. Based in Connecticut, Okoney will report to David Bukovac, Global Head of IFM. Okoney brings over 20 years of experience in programmatic development and in managing the maintenance, operations, construction, and engineering of critical facilities, data centers, and large global portfolios.
Most recently, he was with JLL, where he led the Global Data Center and Critical Environments Practice. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Okoney was Head of Global Data Center Operations & Engineering at JLL and has held similar roles at CBRE and Johnson Controls.
