Cvent, Inc. acquired Shoflo, LLC on May 24, 2021. Shoflo, LLC's name will ben changed. Relatively small team of less than 20 contractors and employees is now part of Cvent, including Shoflo's Founder and Chief Executive Officer Stephen Bowles, now Cvent's director of product management. McNeel Keenan will continue to serve the industry through Cvent.
