On June 28, 2021, Jonathan Frates resigned from the board of directors ("Board") of CVR GP, LLC (the "Company"), the general partner of CVR Partners, LP (the "Partnership"), and the committees on which he served. The resignation of Mr. Frates from the Board was not the result of any disagreements with the Partnership, the Company, or any of their directors, officers or employees.
